repeat

All the tests, scans, blood-work, loss of hair, chemotherapy, has all been worth it because I now know that tomorrow is not promised.

My name is Casey O’Brien, and I’m a walk-on placeholder at the University of Minnesota.

I am also a four-time cancer survivor.

In Casey’s bedroom there’s a sign that someone made for him during his junior year when he played his first game and still had chemotherapy the next morning:

WAKE UP

KICK ASS

REPEAT

cheers
